Cookie Orders

Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped every Monday. To ensure your order makes it into that week's batch, please place your order before Sunday at midnight. Orders placed after that cutoff will ship the following Monday.

All cookie orders are shipped via express shipping to make sure they arrive at your door as fresh and delicious as possible. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Coffee Bean Orders

Coffee beans are shipped on a regular basis throughout the week. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information the moment your order ships, so you'll always know when to expect your delivery.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because we ship fresh food products, we're unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.
